CxGBS developed Holistic Commissioning (HCx), a comprehensive process that goes beyond the traditional industry model of building commissioning.

HCx achieves sustainability and high performance in both new & existing facilities from pre-design through occupancy.

Building Condition Assessment

Traditional building evaluation reports provide a detailed description of the overall facility and systems.

CxGBS delivers on the traditional building evaluation plus projected energy costs to provide a more comprehensive cost of ownership when purchasing or operating a building.
